Licensed Sales Lead

Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
Proven expertise in customer service and ensuring exceptional client experiences
Demonstrated skills in sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in training and mentoring team members to improve performance and skills
Background in sales management, including supporting store operations and achieving business goals
Must hold a relevant licensure to perform eyewear-related tasks and maintain compliance
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach to leading a team
Preferred
Experience in the optical retail industry is a strong advantage
