Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Manage and guide a team of 5 designers, providing feedback and support
Project Oversight: Drive packaging design projects using Monday.com or similar tools
Creative Direction: Collaborate with leadership to maintain standards and deliver innovative concepts
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production and leadership for smooth handoffs
Hands-On Design: Jump in to create renders and mockups when needed
Innovation: Explore AI tools (e.g., Blender) and new technologies to optimize workflows
Digital Support: Occasionally assist with social and web design for integrated campaigns
Leadership Coverage: Step in during a 3-4 month maternity leave to ensure continuity

Qualification

Packaging designAdobe Creative SuiteLeadership experienceProject management toolsAI design tools3D rendering software

Required

7+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong packaging and print design expertise; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
Proven ability to lead teams and adapt to shifting priorities
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

Familiarity with AI design tools or 3D rendering software
