Trade Marketing Associate Manager
Cynet Systems is a company focused on enhancing customer-centric marketing solutions. They are seeking a Trade Marketing Associate Manager to lead digital trade marketing initiatives and drive the adoption of digital tools across sales channels.

Responsibilities
Lead and track transversal digital projects including SmartShopper, Digital Windows, Lens Simulator marketing and tracking, and the Asset Distribution Tool
Define and monitor KPIs to measure usage and impact of digital tools
Analyze performance data regularly and proactively lead optimization initiatives across sales channels
Support adoption and conversion of digital tools through targeted marketing, insights, and communication plans
Develop marketing support, insights, and communication strategies in collaboration with global and local stakeholders
Collect feedback from sales teams and customers and act as the voice of the customer to improve digital tools
Support senior marketing leadership in overseeing and managing the trade marketing budget related to digital tools
Support communication and training initiatives for Sales and Marketing teams
Develop training modules, quick-start guides, and best practice playbooks to ensure consistent tool usage
Provide administrative and logistical support to Sales Consultants and Sales Managers for digital platforms
Ensure digital tools are integrated across the customer journey from merchandising through post-sale follow-up
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or project management
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms
Background in B2B or wholesale channel marketing
Experience supporting sales enablement or training materials
Familiarity with data analysis and KPI tracking
Ability to gather and incorporate customer feedback into marketing solutions
