Customer Marketing Manager (Remote)

The Customer Marketing Manager will drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy by developing and executing marketing programs that enhance customer relationships and insights.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer marketing programs that drive onboarding, usage, and long-term engagement
Create renewal and retention campaigns aligned to customer health metrics
Design and deliver onboarding communications and in-app/email journeys
Gather, analyze, and present customer engagement and product usage insights
Capture and promote customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives
Partner internally to represent the voice of the educator and guide customer-first strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in customer marketing (usage/renewal) or EdTech marketing (required)
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting usage/engagement data
Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills
Experience developing onboarding, renewal, or advocacy campaigns
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
