Sales Account Executive - Women's Apparel
Scout & WYLDR Showrooms is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join their team. This role manages sales between contemporary women’s apparel brands and wholesale retail accounts, requiring travel for markets, appointments, and trade shows.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow wholesale accounts across assigned territories
Drive sales for multiple women’s apparel brands within the showroom
Handle all daily internal and external communications
Collaborate with management on monthly goals and annual forecasting
Review sales performance and provide hindsight and recap reports to upper management
Provide consumer insights and future product needs ahead of each season
Support sample trafficking both internally and externally
Conduct line presentations and meetings with key customers
Support the sales team with all necessary day-to-day tasks
Prospect and open new wholesale accounts
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully merchandised showroom
Handle daily customer service needs including sales orders, returns, and account updates
Travel is required and non-negotiable, including tradeshows, store visits, road trips, sales meetings, including some weekends
Represent brands professionally at all times
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in wholesale and/or women's apparel
Proficient in Excel
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to perform complex verbal and written communication in individual and group settings
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multi-task environment
Must be a team player and a self-starter
