Responsibilities
Learn our step-by-step detailing systems and standards
Perform interior and exterior detailing tasks as trained
Use tools and chemicals safely and correctly
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional shop appearance
Complete documentation and required photos for each job
Support quality checks and final vehicle presentation
Communicate professionally with the team and, when needed, with clients
Qualification
Required
Coachable attitude and strong attention to detail
Reliable, on-time, and able to follow checklists and standards
Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
Strong communication and teamwork
Valid driver's license and ability to safely move vehicles
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Detailing experience helpful but not required—we'll train the right person!
