Responsibilities

Lead outreach, recruitment, and onboarding strategies in partnership with HR
Support the organization and delivery of up to five program cohorts annually
Maintain accurate, confidential participant data and reporting systems
Coordinate surveys, assessments, focus groups, and grant reporting requirements
Build relationships with local employers and community partners
Maintain consistent communication with participants and providers (newsletters, updates, training opportunities)
Ensure compliance with YMCA best practices, grant requirements, and regulatory standards

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or related field
2+ years of experience in workforce development, early education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with recruitment and onboarding strategies
Strong technology skills (Microsoft Office, databases, web-based systems; LMS experience a plus)
Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Knowledge of childcare licensing/accreditation
