Responsibilities
Align diverse stakeholders on the proposed "North Star" target state for communication infrastructure, balancing user experience with security requirements
Clearly articulate the roadmap, defining the strategic sequence of events—from current state assessment to vendor cutover—to ensure business continuity
Facilitate vendor selection processes that incorporates all stakeholder needs, moving beyond feature checklists to evaluate strategic fit and long-term partnership value
Work with stakeholders to define "net new" capabilities and determine their priority within the implementation phases
Facilitate comprehensive change impact assessments that feed directly into the implementation plan, ensuring the human side of the transformation is managed effectively
Own the program narrative. You must be able to synthesize complex technical inputs into clear, executive-level insights to facilitate efficient decision-making
Qualification
Required
6+ years experience in a consulting company working with enterprise customers
3+ years experience leading teams and managing complex projects
Strategic Synthesis: Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. You must be able to 'frame the decision' for leadership rather than just reporting the data
Change Management: Deep understanding of strategic change management principles, particularly within technology integrations
Adaptability: While the focus is currently infrastructure modernization, the ideal candidate is a versatile problem solver who can pivot to other strategic initiatives as client needs evolve
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft a compelling narrative and appropriate target messaging and style at different levels of a client organization
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic client environments with shifting priorities
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred
Direct experience with information security or infrastructure modernization highly preferred
Domain Familiarity: Experience with Information Security, Infrastructure Modernization, or Email Security is highly preferred
