They are seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to enhance the realism and reliability of their AI systems, working closely with the founder to evolve AI interactions and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities
Improve AI prospect realism, including conversational flow, emotional nuance, resistance, and consistency across interactions
Design and implement systems that reduce randomness and hallucinations in AI responses
Strengthen deterministic and explainable call scoring logic
Help design difficulty progression logic based on AI behavior, not surface-level toggles
Lay foundations for performance-based certification logic
Contribute to long-term AI architecture and document patterns for scalability
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional software engineering experience
Hands-on experience building production LLM-powered applications
Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs
Strong understanding of prompt orchestration, state management, and guardrails
Experience designing systems where AI output consistency matters
Product-minded approach and comfort making architectural decisions
Preferred
Experience with conversational AI or simulation-based systems
Background in B2B SaaS or sales-related products
Familiarity with real-time or streaming systems
Prior startup or founder experience
Equity may be available for the right candidate based on level of ownership, impact, and long-term alignment
