Responsibilities
Experience and expertise working with commercial cloud service providers (eg. Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) building out VPCs with Linux VMs, configuring them as network appliances (eg. Linux as a router) and locking them down to meet cyber security standards
Experience configuring and hardening Linux OS in both cloud and physical environments
Experience configuring and hardening network gear to include firewalls, switches, routers, IPS, etc
Experience and expertise working with commercial VPNs
Experience working with commercial messaging applications (CMA) and Android tablet devices
Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues after hours and on weekends, ie. Call in support
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 11 years' experience as a Network Engineer
Bachelor's or Master's Degrees are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described
Experience and expertise working with commercial cloud service providers (eg. Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) building out VPCs with Linux VMs, configuring them as network appliances (eg. Linux as a router) and locking them down to meet cyber security standards
Experience configuring and hardening Linux OS in both cloud and physical environments
Experience configuring and hardening network gear to include firewalls, switches, routers, IPS, etc
Experience and expertise working with commercial VPNs
Experience working with commercial messaging applications (CMA) and Android tablet devices

Preferred
Experience and expertise deploying CNGA internet network infrastructure with a thorough understanding of the customers mission
Working knowledge and expertise using the customer's core appliances and services to include their networks
Working knowledge and experience with the customer's core networks
