Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital)
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documents
Handle data entry and update records as required
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or payroll tasks (if required)
Coordinate internal communication and support team members
Ensure confidentiality of company information always
Qualification
Required
Experience as an Administrative Assistant
Reliable and organized
Ability to handle administrative and clerical tasks
Professional communication skills for answering and directing phone calls, emails, and visitors
Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Experience in maintaining accurate filing systems (physical and digital)
