The role involves leading Epic Willow Ambulatory build and configuration, collaborating with teams for successful installs, and providing subject matter expertise for outpatient pharmacy processes.

Responsibilities
Lead and support Epic Willow Ambulatory build and configuration for new implementations
Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure successful installs and workflow optimization
Manage requests for existing Willow Ambulatory work and enhancements
Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-live support
Provide subject matter expertise for outpatient pharmacy processes within Epic
Assist with specialty pharmacy workflows and Compass Rose (preferred but not required)
Inventory management experience is a plus but not a primary requirement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory installs and new build implementations
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare IT, or related field (PharmD preferred but not required for analyst role)
Epic Certification: Willow Ambulatory certification strongly preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
