Responsibilities
Lead training efforts for the Oracle Finance module across client teams
Conduct training sessions in collaboration with functional and technical leads
Update and maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and reference guides
Customize Client‐provided materials to client's specific processes and requirements
Provide support during SIT1, including user readiness and hands‐on training
Assist in resolving training‐related questions and ensuring end‐user understanding
Support ongoing training needs beyond go‐live as part of long‐term system stabilization
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and hands‐on experience with Oracle Finance modules
Prior experience in training delivery, curriculum updates, and end‐user support
Ability to translate system functionality into clear, user‐friendly material
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Professional, polished, and able to represent the project team effectively
