Responsibilities
Supervise construction activities on-site and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
Coordinate and manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work performed, providing guidance and support to crew members
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progression
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, including daily logs, time sheets, and material usage
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on infrastructure and earthwork projects
Proven experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in roadway, bridge, and utility construction
Strong knowledge of grading, site development, and construction best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
