They are seeking a full-time Volunteer to assist in daily operations, support community outreach programs, and help maintain a clean environment within the shelter.

Responsibilities
Assist in daily operations, such as organizing and distributing food through the pantry
Supporting community outreach programs
Helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment within the shelter
Providing assistance to individuals utilizing services
Administrative tasks
Facilitating life-transformational programs under the guidance of BARM staff
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively assist with day-to-day activities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds with compassion and respect
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic situations
Passion for community service and a commitment to supporting individuals facing challenging life circumstances
Flexibility and willingness to contribute to various tasks to meet the needs of the organization
Preferred
Prior experience in volunteering, customer service, or non-profit organizations is a plus
