Ownership of month-end close and complex capital transactions
Exposure to acquisitions, refinances, resyndications, and dispositions
Leadership of both onshore and offshore accounting teams
Develop and implement new accounting processes and other strategic initiatives to improve financial performance
Real influence over process improvement, systems and SOX compliance
Direct impact in a sophisticated real estate environment
Qualification
Required
CPA required
6–8 years of strong technical or investment accounting experience
Deep GAAP knowledge + real estate industry experience
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
