Head of Marketing

Technacity Group is partnering with Cytronic to find a founding Head of Marketing who will be responsible for building and executing a strategic marketing plan for an AI-powered robotics company. This role involves owning the demand generation process, aligning marketing with sales strategies, and establishing a robust marketing infrastructure to drive growth.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Own the full marketing funnel with clear accountability for MQL volume, quality, and conversion to sales
Partner closely with the CEO to align sales and marketing strategy with revenue goals
Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tied directly to pipeline impact
Develop and execute Cytronic’s end-to-end marketing strategy across digital channels
Bring structure to an unorganized marketing environment by establishing plans, priorities, and processes
Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and brand voice across all channels
Build the foundation for Cytronic’s internal sales and marketing infrastructure
Leverage and optimize traditional tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo) in the near term
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to help design and implement a custom sales and marketing platform tailored to Cytronic’s needs
Document workflows, data flows, and system architecture for long-term scalability
Use ChatGPT extensively for marketing workflows, experimentation, and optimization (required)
Explore and apply AI tools to improve targeting, content creation, lead qualification, and insights
Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and apply them with curiosity and speed
Act as the primary liaison with third-party agencies and vendors
Evaluate performance, streamline efforts, and recommend consolidation where appropriate
Determine what should remain outsourced vs. brought in-house over time

Required

Proven experience owning demand generation or growth marketing with measurable impact on sales pipeline
Strong familiarity with traditional marketing and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, CRM systems)
Hands-on experience using ChatGPT for professional workflows
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving AI landscape
Experience building marketing systems, processes, and structure from scratch
Comfort working closely with executive leadership in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

Experience with tools like Claude Code, Replit, or similar AI-assisted development environments
Light coding experience or familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Replit)
