Visitor Center Manager
Tulsa Botanic Garden is seeking a friendly, organized and creative Visitor Center Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Visitor Center. This role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving gift shop, admission and membership revenue.

Responsibilities
Utilize the ticketing software to manage memberships and ticket sales and enhance the guest experience
Support, schedule and coordinate the Visitor Center Associates while ensuring effective coverage and communications
Work with the Vice President/CAO to maintain Gift Shop inventory to reach annual sales goals
Coordinate new hire training, access and resources for CRM and ticketing software
Greet, orient and provide assistance to guests and volunteers (in person and via the phone/email)
Assist in the development and implementation of membership renewals and campaigns
Responsible for inventory control including biannual inventory audit and reporting
First point of contact for incoming phone calls
Assist with special events and programs as needed, including seasonal nights and weekends
Qualification
Required
Microsoft and Windows familiarity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Display a friendly and helpful demeanor
Ability to multitask, remain organized and work independently
Evening and weekend availability
Current ABLE license or ability to obtain
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Preferred
CRM and Square experience
Ticketing and volunteer software experience preferred, but not required
