Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple high-volume roles
Create and post job advertisements across various platforms
Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple methods
Guide candidates through the hiring process and ensure a welcoming transition into The Arc of San Diego
Track and manage applicants across several systems and manual processes (not limited to a single ATS)
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with hiring teams regarding candidate pipelines and position updates
Qualification
Required
Experience in full-cycle recruiting for multiple high-volume roles
Ability to create and post job advertisements across various platforms
Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through multiple methods
Ability to guide candidates through the hiring process and ensure a welcoming transition
Experience tracking and managing applicants across several systems and manual processes
Strong attention to detail
Comfort working across multiple software systems as well as manual workflows
A customer-service mindset with a commitment to advocating for the individuals we serve
Preferred
Experience recruiting for high-volume or high-turnover roles
Background in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services recruiting
Familiarity with Dayforce or similar HRIS systems
