Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer telephone inquiries, delivering a premier customer experience
Guide developers and customers through the interconnection application process
Process customer and developer applications efficiently and accurately
Analyze and document business processes and functional requirements
Participate in meetings and workshops to support project progress and communication
Assist with drafting and updating program documentation, including job aids
Support system implementation and provide user assistance post-deployment
Help identify and document project risks and issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of experience, OR 3–6 years of relevant business experience in lieu of a degree
1–5 years of experience in business analysis or customer service roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with customers and internal stakeholders
High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Basic understanding of electrical and renewable energy concepts (e.g., voltage, current, power, energy)
Quick learner with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
