They are seeking an HR Generalist to support various HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives within their US HR Shared Services team.

Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment process including requisition creation, job posting, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and offer generation for US locations
Track recruitment metrics and implement changes to enhance processes
Facilitate new hire orientation for all US new hires and maintain updated presentation
Support benefit administration including customer facing benefits support and vendor escalations
Contribute to payroll input and state tax registration
Serve as a leader within the HR team for time and attendance system questions
Document and update processes for recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and all related procedures allowing continuous improvement to enhance efficiency for all processes
Manage the US student program including campus recruitment, volunteer work, student events, and ownership of endowment/scholarship programs
File applications for government sponsorship and workplace/employment certifications
Lead World Headquarters engagement committee including strategic alignment with site leadership, budget tracking, and communications as well as other engagement initiatives
Support US Policy Committee meetings and policy updates/generation as needed
Other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
2+ years experience in HR function or supporting HR activities
2+ years experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
1+ year experience supporting onboarding processes such as leading new hire orientation
1+ year experience working with a HRIS system
1+ year experience supporting payroll input or processing
Preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR
