Responsibilities
Leading the management and execution of projects across the HWS Cleveland Flowpath, including mechanical, electrical, and project engineering
Supports the execution of the HWS Cleveland flowpath Capital Expenditure program
Proposing identified changes to equipment, processes, materials, and/or services to improve processes and reduce costs in operations. Major areas of focus: Artificial Intelligence adoption, automation, maintenance and repair and energy
Lead with influence in a cross functional team environment
Work within and create Capital Authorization Requests
Development of financial cost justification
Frequent use of AutoCad, and 3D parametric solid modeling
Utilization of Microsoft Project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution
8+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Capital project & budget management experience
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred
5+ years of experience in an engineering management role
Masters degree in business, engineering, or related
Experience leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers
Experience with forging, PLC, hydraulic systems
Experience with SolidWorks, Oracle, and Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
