Responsibilities
Guide customers through roof inspections and repair options
Build relationships with customers, set up appointments, and get rewarded for results
Work hands-on with a supportive, high-energy team
Learn and master a consultative sales process
Collaborate with project managers, fellow sales consultants, and installation crews to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm
Continuously improve sales and customer service skills through weekly coaching sessions
