Managing retail renovation projects by overseeing budgets, timelines, and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
Liaising between property owners, vendors, and contractors
Monitoring project progress, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven project management skills, including budget management, timeline coordination, and compliance with building codes and industry standards
Experience in vendor and contractor management, negotiation, and communication to ensure successful project outcomes
Knowledge of retail commercial renovation processes and familiarity with construction documents, materials, and methods
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for handling project challenges and ensuring quality control
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment while maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
Proficiency in project management tools, software, and tracking systems is advantageous
Relevant certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus
