Responsibilities
Mid‑Level UKG Pro & IBM Cognos Analytics Specialist to support HRIS operations, reporting, and dashboard development within a healthcare/hospital environment
This role requires hands‑on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and IBM People Analytics, ensuring accurate workforce data management and actionable insights that improve patient care operations and organizational efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to healthcare KPIs (staffing, overtime, compliance)
Translate hospital department needs into technical reporting solutions
Ensure seamless data flow between UG Pro and Cognos Analytics
Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness
Optimize queries and data models for performance and accuracy
Lead or support HRIS/BI implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of data analysis in support of HR or workforce decision-making
Minimum of 3 years of system administration experience
Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and IBM Cognos Analytics required
Requires creativity and independent decision making about the quality of data being used to make workforce decisions, or being submitted to quality or regulatory bodies
Preferred
Experience in project management and strong problem‑solving skills will be highly beneficial
