Responsibilities

Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned territory
Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions
Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans
Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction
Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers
Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations
Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity

Required

Technical BS Degree (ideally Electrical Engineering) or relevant technical sales experience
Requires at least 3-5 years of industry related experience in technical product sales
Account management experience in the electronic hardware technology sector
Strong understanding of electronics test and measurements
Strong written & verbal communication as well as sound business judgment, organization & negotiation skills, be able to prioritize, do presentation & problem solving, listening skills, sales experience, work remotely, strategy creation
Demonstrated successful track record in achieving results and team leadership
