Responsibilities
Inspire Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of acquisition integration managers to drive alignment, efficiency, and measurable results across Operations
Strategy Storytelling: Develop and communicate polished, executive-level narratives that highlight the value proposition and priorities of the M&A Integration team
Programmatic Execution: Translate high-level corporate strategies into scalable, measurable programs through cross-functional collaboration
Business Metrics & Reviews: Define and monitor KPIs using data-driven insights and lead Monthly Deal Reviews (MDRs) for the extended M&A community
Change Leadership: Establish frameworks and standard methodologies to guide the organization through major transitions with agility and resilience
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in leading cost efficiency, commercial transition, revenue operations, M&A operations, operational excellence, or process improvement initiatives
Demonstrated expertise in program management related to Mergers & Acquisitions tasks
Proven experience communicating strategic narratives and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
Experience working cross-functionally to align operational, commercial, and business goals
Experience utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint to demonstrate organizational success
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Familiarity with Saas business models, commercial transition, M&A Integrations
Knowledge of Cisco commerce platforms and Salesforce are valuable
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with an executive-level presence and attention to detail
Strong business readiness skills with a track record of driving transformational initiatives
Deep knowledge of KPI development, business/deal review processes, and translating data into actionable insights
Advanced analytical skills; experience with Tableau or other modeling/reporting tools
