Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership in cyber security and industrial control systems architecture
Support engineering, configuration, and testing of security systems and ICS networks
Conduct network architecture and cyber security analysis, including integration testing and troubleshooting complex issues
Develop technical documentation such as implementation guides, test plans, test procedures, test reports, and user administration manuals
Collaborate with project teams both on-site at the office and at nuclear power generation sites
Ensure compliance with industry standards, frameworks, and best practices in OT/ICS security
Qualification
Required
Technical Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or a related field
12+ years of professional experience in IT/OT engineering, administration, and cyber security
Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and DCS platforms (e.g., Emerson Ovation)
Familiarity with security control frameworks such as NIST 800-53, CIS 20 Critical Controls, ISO 27002, NEI 08-09
Proven experience in technical security audits, system deployment, and network integration
Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily for system installation and commissioning
