Required

At least 10 years of experience in administrating, supporting, and maintaining enterprise platforms for Senior Department Manager
At least 7 years of managing technical teams and managing enterprise IT projects for Senior Department Manager

At least 5 years of managing technical teams and managing enterprise IT projects for Department Manager
Comprehensive technical knowledge of core banking systems and integrated banking systems
Comprehensive knowledge of IT service management best practices and frameworks

Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to apply complex logic or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and deal with multiple variables
Ability to compute complex mathematical functions such as discount, interest, profit and loss, commission markup and selling price, ratio and proportion, and percentage
