KFC Latin America & Caribbean is seeking a highly skilled Senior M&A Transaction Lead to support the Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives within their Development department. This role involves identifying growth opportunities and developing acquisition strategies to enhance store development.

Responsibilities

Support research activities to help identify potential acquisition targets and compile target lists based on defined criteria

Assist in preparing financial models and simple valuations to assess the financial health and strategic fit of acquisition prospects

Support the design of transaction structures, collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute insights and analysis that inform acquisition approaches aligned with global standards and Yum! strategic priorities

Develop clear, concise materials for internal reviews, investment committees, and global leadership alignment

Prepare supporting materials for internal discussions, including PowerPoint decks and summaries and financial analysis

Collaborate with teams across Legal, Finance, Development, and Operations to support transaction workstreams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)

Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles within a multinational environment

Solid understanding of financial modeling and due diligence processes

Strong strategic insight and the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English, proficiency in Spanish a plus

Preferred

Knowledge of the Latin American market and experience working across multiple countries in the region preferred
