Responsibilities
Improve interoperability across Microsoft 365, Salesforce and other enterprise SaaS solutions
Identify and resolve data silos, workflow fragmentation, and integration bottlenecks
Collaborate with global IT teams to unify identity, access, and data governance
Partner with business units (Finance, HR, etc.) to identify and automate manual workflows
Evaluate and deploy automation tools such as PowerAutomate, Zapier, or other fit-for-purpose platforms
Build and maintain automation dashboards to track performance and impact
Design and deploy custom GPTs, Copilot extensions, and intelligent agents to enhance productivity
Identify high-impact use cases for AI across departments and lead implementation efforts
Ensure responsible AI usage in alignment with company policies and global privacy standards
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of experience in IT systems integration, automation, or AI development
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (Software, Computer, or Electrical), Data Science, Business Information Technology
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform
Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Low-code/no-code platform certifications (e.g., PowerAutomate, Zapier)
