Responsibilities

Conduct advanced market, financial, and operational analyses to inform strategic decision-making
Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure initiative effectiveness and identify trends
Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership, supporting enterprise-wide growth and innovation
Define project scope, allocate resources, and develop risk mitigation strategies for complex initiatives
Lead the design, integration, and ongoing refinement of strategic plans across multiple departments and service lines
Lead the development of business planning for the strategic initiatives (e.g., new service lines, major process redesigns, capital investments) in support of implementing the strategic plan
Regularly synthesize and present strategic progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership, influencing organizational direction
Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
Serve as a strategic partner to executive teams, service line leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
Build partnerships and collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives
Facilitate high-level planning sessions, drive consensus, and resolve conflicts to advance strategic priorities
Communicate complex initiatives and results clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring transparency, engagement, and alignment throughout the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred). Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of three years in strategy development, strategic planning, or business development is required
Strong analytical skills to develop strategies, program plans, and actionable recommendations
Skilled in planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments
Ability to work with leaders at all levels of the organization
