Responsible for accurately entering in detail from service orders via multiple communication channels
Performing consistently to meet objectives and goals
Performing work and handle customers in a professional and respectful manner
Performing other limited duties as assigned, including projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High School education or equivalent required
1 year experience in a customer service environment required
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and in multiple computer systems
Must be results oriented
Good verbal and written skills required
