JPS Tech Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Lead Tech Architect to design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with DevOps, data science, and engineering teams to ensure robust and automated AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain NVIDIA DGX, HGX, and other GPU-accelerated systems
Administer VMware environments including ESXi, vCenter, and virtual networking/storage
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters across multiple distributions (RKE, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKE)
Perform day-to-day system administration across compute, storage, and networking layers
Manage Nutanix HCI platforms (Prism, AHV), including upgrades, patching, and cluster management
Automate infrastructure tasks using Shell scripts, Python, Ansible, or similar tools
Monitor infrastructure health and performance; participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Collaborate with DevOps, data science, and engineering teams to ensure scalable and resilient infrastructure for AI/ML workloads

Required

10+ years of experience in Tech Architect or Enterprise Infrastructure roles
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA DGX, HGX, or other GPU-based compute platforms
Strong working knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies (ESXi, vCenter)
Proficient with Kubernetes and experience managing multiple distributions (RKE, OpenShift, AKS, EKS)
Strong understanding of enterprise storage, networking, and system monitoring tools
Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar)
Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred

Familiarity with Nutanix HCI (Prism, AHV) is a plus
