Systems Analyst I

The Systems Analyst I will provide support and functional recommendations for Oracle's Customer Solutions Student Information System, manage production calendars, collaborate on upgrades, and assist with scholarship management.

Responsibilities
Manages and executes the production calendar of the Office of Scholarships area
Collaborates in bundle testing, Oracle CS, upgrades within the Enrollment Services areas, Campus Community and Student Self-Services
Reviews and Implements solutions to technical issues that arise
Works closely with senior management and the development team during all phases of product development and enhancement
Creates and manages reports for reconciliation and auditing of all scholarship accounts
Supports packaging, re-packaging, disbursements, and SAP process for institutional merit scholarships
Awards, cancels, modifies scholarship awards in mass as needed for all scholarship accounts
Provides support to unit liaisons and scholarship team in generating data and queries to ensure proper management of scholarships
Assists with posting, marketing, awarding within AcademicWorks
Leads trainings for unit liaisons and is responsible for troubleshooting user issues with the scholarship management system
Maintains scholarship website
Performs related duties as required or as directed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree information technology, computer science, or related field
One (1) year of experience of software design, development and implementation, or related field
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with providing training to staff and/or students
Experience with PeopleSoft
