Provide services which include completion of loan request data sheets
Closing loans with customers and disbursing funds
Explaining bank products and services
Solving customer problems
Answering other customer requests
Communicate effectively with the customer
Report to the designated Branch Officer
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or equivalent GED required
Thorough knowledge of all bank products and services
Fully understand and adhere to all federal and state laws and the policies of the Bank
Ability to communicate effectively with the customer
Pleasant customer service attitude
Willingness to be a team player
Preferred
Some college or post graduate technical training preferred
A minimum of two year's work experience in an area requiring customer service skills OR a minimum of one year's work experience in the banking industry is preferred
Education may be substituted for experience
