Responsibilities

Provides opportunity for senior nursing students to advance their knowledge and skills in providing patient care
Partnered with an RN who develops and supervises the Student Nurse Intern's experience while retaining full accountability and responsibility for the care of assigned patients
Performs basic nursing procedures appropriate for the age and/or development of the patients served
Demonstrates competency in technical nursing skills generally learned/acquired during the last year of a nursing program
Job duties will expand as skills are learned and competencies are documented by RN partner

Required

CPR-Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation
Student is in their senior year of nursing school
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
