Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Sell lagoon tickets, rental products, special events tickets, gift shop merchandise, and other products as required
Check in guests and residents of the lagoon as well as monitor the re-entry process
Ensure guests follow company bag check rules
Clean your assigned work area as needed for a strong opening, closing, and maintain throughout the day
Clean and reset rental areas throughout the day and for closing responsibilities
Assist with maintaining lawn games and lending materials to guests
Accept, log, and maintain the park's lost and found by adhering to all procedures
Assist guests with any questions or concerns onsite and via phone
Use a walkie-talkie radio to communicate with other team members and leadership
Ensure proper handling of all cash, credit cards, and gift cards
Assist guests in parking area as needed
Adhere to all safety policies to ensure guests and team members’ safety
Demonstrate the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters
Other duties as assigned, including assisting in other departments
Qualification
Required
Energetic, enthusiastic and reliable personality
Excellent communication skills
Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may vary based on business needs
Ability to work outside in all-weather elements
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
HS diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year of Admission Experience preferred
