Responsibilities
Resolve invoice quantity discrepancies by interfacing with suppliers, part centers, and purchasing departments
Obtain and reconcile 100% of statements from assigned suppliers
Accurately resolve and document invoice-related receiving discrepancies in a timely manner
Enter supplier pack lists within three days of receipt
Manage mail and memo distribution
Generate daily outstanding receiver pending payment reports
Perform account reconciliations
Assist the inventory department by matching invoices and purchase orders and coding them into the system
Process a high volume of invoices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in account reconciliation and invoice processing
Experience with high volume transactions
Strong skills in Excel, including V Look-up
Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Preferred
Open to learning new processes and systems
