Software Engineer L2/L3 - TS/SCI/MD Poly
Power3 Solutions is seeking experienced Software Engineers to join their rapidly growing team. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern software engineering principles and best practices
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other team members
Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner
Work to continuously improve the development process, tools, and overall software reliability
Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth
Determine the root cause for complex software issues and develop practical, long-term solutions
Drive and influence technical decisions, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the product and engineering team
Evaluate and make recommendations on new technologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
An active TS/SCI with MD polygraph is required. Last Poly within past 7 years
Level 2: BS + 14 years experience
Level 3: BS + 20 years experience
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as [e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.]
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
