Finance and structured finance transactions
Real estate investments
Mergers and acquisitions
Inbound and outbound cross-border investments
Support tax structuring and planning for complex commercial transactions
Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, finance, and real estate practices
Draft and review tax analyses, memoranda, and transaction documents
Participate in deal execution and client advisory work
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of transactional tax experience
Background at a nationally recognized law firm or accounting firm
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
Interest in working collaboratively across practice groups
Admitted to practice in the applicable jurisdiction or eligible for admission on waiver
