The Project Engineer will manage various projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, schedules, and budgets while assisting in procurement and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities
Communication with Project Manager, Field Leadership and Client
Project objectives, policies, procedures
Maintain project logs and schedules
Monitor construction activities with Foreman to ensure project is on schedule, in compliance with the contract documents, and within budget
Assist in monthly financial reports
Assist management of procurement and subcontractors
Enforce AE company policies, procedures, and standards
Read and interprets instructional manuals, specifications, drawings, work site directions, and written instructions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in either construction management, engineering or equivalent education
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred
some project engineer or construction experience
Knowledge of project management software/tools is a plus
