Corporate Event Coordinator

LHH is seeking a Corporate Event Coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that support organizational goals and brand experience. The role involves managing logistics, serving as a primary contact for stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of quality and professionalism across events.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from concept through completion, including meetings, conferences, trainings, panels, and networking events
Manage event logistics such as venue selection, space planning, audiovisual needs, catering, speaker coordination, and registration processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for event stakeholders, vendors, speakers, and attendees, ensuring clear and timely communication
Draft and distribute event-related communications, including invitations, agendas, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
Coordinate multiple events concurrently, often across different locations or time zones, while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Support on-site and virtual event execution, including day-of coordination, troubleshooting, and attendee support
Track event timelines, budgets, attendance, and feedback; prepare post-event summaries and insights
Maintain event documentation, schedules, and reporting in shared systems or spreadsheets (Excel or similar tools)
Collaborate with marketing, operations, facilities, and leadership teams to align events with organizational objectives
Continuously identify opportunities to improve event processes, efficiency, and attendee experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience coordinating or supporting events, meetings, or programs
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism when working with senior leaders, speakers, and external partners
