Client Success Specialist - Payroll

Clarity HCM is a boutique HCM company focused on providing personalized client support in the HR/Payroll sector. The Client Success Specialist will guide clients through their experience with the technology platform, ensuring their needs are met while managing the implementation and ongoing support of purchased modules.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned clients on their journeys from getting implemented onward
Maintain the build and ongoing support of all client purchased modules
Become an expert in the technology platform and the clients assigned to you

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 Years in a phone/email-based customer service role. Highly preferred at a payroll service bureau (ADP, Paychex, Paycor, Paylocity, Paycom, iSolved, UKG)
Must be in the Destin/Walton County area and able to be at office
Strong MS Office Proficiency (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Growth minded. Can pick up technology fast
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred

Prior iSolved payroll experience from a payroll/admin experience
