Account Development Executive

Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted areas such as Brooklyn and Bronx
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and applications
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing lead activity in Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings
Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years of field sales experience
Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems
Experience in sales management, door-to-door sales, and outside sales
Bilingual proficiency required, with preference in the following order: Spanish, Mandarin, Russian
2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Field sales experience is required
