Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional business development strategy focused on revenue growth and long-term client relationships
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted asset classes
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients (PE, VC, PD, RE)
Arrange and attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events
Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to inform strategy
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and revenue
Provide ongoing feedback and post-sale support to clients
Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to align growth initiatives with firm objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience within fund administration or related financial services
Established professional network within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, and/or Real Estate
Proven business development and sales experience within financial services
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert relationships into revenue
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
High ethical standards and professional integrity
