Assistant Community Manager - Briarcliff Villas

Responsibilities
Lead the leasing and renewal process, engaging with prospective and existing residents
Stay informed about market conditions, competitor pricing, and new developments
Act as the right hand to the Community Manager, providing leadership and supervision to the office, service, and concierge teams
Manage outreach efforts with local businesses and non-profits
Oversee rent collection, AR, renewal processes, and ensure accurate lease documentation
Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in multifamily or hospitality management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Proficient in Yardi or other multifamily software
Property management designation (NALP, CAM, CPM, CAPS) is a plus
A positive, proactive attitude with a knack for building relationships and solving problems
