Experience with Paving/Drainage/Excavation/Underground Utilities/Site Development
Experience with DOT/ FAA/County/City/Private Work
Heavy Bid and Heavy Job Software experience a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications a must
Ability to analyze bid productions to ensure Project stays on budget
Ability to compute work progress for quantities of payables
Oversee Project Schedules and 2 week look ahead
Manage RFI’s/ Submittals/CO’s/Pay Applications
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with HCSS estimating/timekeeping software is a plus
Qualification
