This role involves developing care pathways for seamless collaboration across disciplines and driving communication and change management efforts to ensure clarity and engagement within the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop a programmatic approach to drive integrated care delivery across clinics
Design and standardize the Curis Functional Care Model across mental health, chiropractic, nutrition, and women’s health
Develop care protocols, internal referral workflows, and collaborative practice guidelines that enable seamless interdisciplinary care
Drive thought leadership, education and communication around the value and benefit of functional, whole person care
Create and deliver training programs for providers and staff on integrated care principles, tools and protocols
Support onboarding of new providers with a strong emphasis on the Curis functional care model and Curis’ values
Champion whole – person care, serving as the internal advocate for integration, collaboration and service excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
4+ years of consulting, product and brand management experience
2+ years of managing staff or stakeholders in a complex organization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Master's degree
Strategy consulting experience
Passion to learn functional medicine principles and a holistic approach to whole person
