Marketing Leader

The Marketing Leader will design and execute strategic marketing initiatives for the Power Tools Business Area, collaborating with various teams to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Test and Measurement

Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with Power Tools for business objectives
Drive product positioning, value proposition development, and pricing strategies to improve market share
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels
Conduct industry research to track trends, competitive activities, and customer needs
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth levers
Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and performance‑based campaigns
Develop marketing content—brochures, videos, case studies, presentations, and sales enablement tools
Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product Management, and Global Marketing
Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders
Track campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize strategies for ROI
Manage marketing dashboards and prepare periodic performance reports
Maintain brand consistency and leverage global brand guidelines and best practices
Manage agencies, creative partners, and vendors for marketing and promotional initiatives
Support trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to improve brand visibility
Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively

Required

Engineering degree (B.E/B.tech) is a must
15–20 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial tools, manufacturing, or capital equipment
Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, product marketing, product commercialization, and product positioning
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Business acumen with the capability to build a marketing roadmap
Ability to drive high‑impact, product‑focused marketing initiatives
Strategic thinking and execution
Strong B2B Marketing background
Creative and innovative marketing approach
Customer-centric approach
Data-driven decision-making
Collaboration and teamwork

Preferred

MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree is preferred
Degrees from Tier‑1 colleges are preferred
